Joe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from the University Of Nigeria, a DIC and Master of Science (MSc.) degree from the prestigious Imperial College of Science And Technology, London, and a PHD from the University of Salford, Manchester. He was for many years a lecturer with the University of Nigeria, where he rose to the rank of Professor. His diligence saw to his occupying several positions of responsibility within the system. He was for many years the Coordinator for Environmental Pollution Impact Assessments for the University. In the course of his vast experiences in the field of pollution and environmental impact assessments within particularly, the oil producing regions of Nigeria, he developed an interest in the gas flares which polluted the landscape. His quest to contribute to the reduction of the environmental degradation occasioned by the flares has since become his major passion. Joe has had over 30 years of cognate business experience, sits on the board of several companies and is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Gas Association, Nigerian Institute Of Management, Nigerian Society for Biotechnology, and the Editorial Board of the Nigeria Energy Digest amongst others. Prof. Joseph Ezigbo is well deservedly known as a gas-man to the core. In recognition of this, he regularly serves as a speaker/resource at various industry conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Mrs. Audrey Joe-EzigboCO-FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Audrey holds several Master’s degrees and certifications in the areas of Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, and Leadership from reputable institutions of learning including the University of Nigeria, and the prestigious Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School. She has principal accountabilities to the Board in the areas of Strategy, Business Development and Finance. Audrey serves as Chairperson and as Director on the Boards of several corporations where she is able to bring her wealth of experience in business, finance and corporate strategy to the fore. She is a member of the Executive Council of the Nigerian Gas Association which is the umbrella association for professionals and businesses involved in the Nigerian gas industry. She served for several years as a member of the Executive Council of the Nigerian Gas Association, the umbrella association for professionals and businesses involved in the Nigerian gas industry. Audrey also serves on the Boards of several notable corporations where she is able to bring her wealth of experience in business, finance and corporate strategy to the fore. Audrey is an active member of several professional and volunteer service associations. She is a mentor on the formal Mentoring programs of Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University; Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ); Apostles in the Market Place (AiMP), and the Federal Government of Nigeria YouWin Women mentoring program, amongst others. Audrey is a Speaker and facilitator, readily sharing her experiences on various facets of management and entrepreneurship through various platforms including the Fate Foundation and Lagos Business School. She is a prolific writer, blogger, and published author of two books – ‘Double Impact’ and ’Uniquely Woman’
Engr. CHICHI EMENIKEHEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND COMMERCIAL
Chichi Emenike holds a B.Eng (Chemical) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, and an MBA in Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She began her career in the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry as a project engineer with Exxon Mobil Nigeria Limited in 1999 where she garnered cutting edge industry skills and experiences. She moved to Vigeo Oil and Gas in 2008 as Head, Operations Support Services and Business Development. In this role she was actively involved in formulation of strategic company alliances and ventures, generating new markets for the company’s products and services in the Nigerian upstream sub-sector. Chichi had stints with Chimons Oil & Gas and Suntrust Oil Company where she had oversight for upstream business development. Chichi is well versed in negotiating industry contracts and has strong track records of closing commercial deals with venture partners. She is also experienced in vessel acquisition and client broker relationship management. She is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria (APWEN)
Ms. ABIMBOLA DARAMOLAManager, Special Project
Abimbola has over 20 years work experience in the public service, Non-Governmental organizations, education and the oil and gas industries. She joined Falcon Petroleum Limited as the Executive Secretary in 2002, was redeployed to Falcongaz Limited in the same capacity in 2005. She rose steadily through the ranks to head the Human Resources & Administration department; rising further still to the position of Business Manager which she currently holds. Prior to joining the Falcon group, Abimbola worked in the office to the Regional Leader, Livestock Monitoring, Evaluation & Coordinating Unit, North-Eastern Regional Office, a Federal Government Parastatal in Jos, Plateau State. She spent a few years with the International Centre for Gender & Social Research (INTER-GENDER) and The African Centre for Democratic Governance, (AFRIGOV) both in Jos, Plateau State; from where she left in 2000 to join Apapa Corporate Consultative Assembly (APCCA), Apapa as the Administrative Secretary. Abimbola is a graduate of Plateau State Polytechnic Barkin Ladi, Plateau State, and is currently studying for a Diploma Human Resource Management (Masters Entry) with the University of Wales. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Gas Association and a member Institute of Professional Secretaries. Miss Daramola is also a 2012 Alumni Mentee of Women In Management & Business (WIMBIZ) and a current Mentee with WISCAR Mentoring Program and School of Excellence.
Mrs. Chidinma MadukaManager Human Resources and Shared Services
Chidinma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from University of Lagos Nigeria and graduated with a Merit in her MBA with a focus on Employee relations from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and the Association of MBA’s (AMBA). She was awarded the University of Leicester’s “award for employability”. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from CIPMN.
She has developed core capacity in human resource processes and competency management processes in organizational development as well as creating strategic partnership between HR and management. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Client Relationship in Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Education and Sales. As the first Nigerian Competency manager in the company’s 42year history at IHRDC (International Human Resources Development Corporation) she was responsible for interfacing with the Chevron Nigeria Stakeholders and driving the Competency Management process in the Operations and Maintenance group from inception to completion. She has had training in Change Management, Project Management and Competency management amongst others.
