PROF. JOSEPH CHUKWURAH EZIGBO

MANAGING DIRECTOR

‘Prof.’ – as he is popularly known by family, friends and business associates, holds a BSc. degree from the University of Nigeria; a DIC and MSc. degree from the prestigious Imperial College of Science and Technology, London; and a PHD from the University of Salford, Manchester.

Following his brief academic sojourn in the United Kingdom, he returned to Nigeria and spent the first twenty-five years of his working life as a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, where he rose to the rank of Professor. A classic example of a man who leverages on his experiences and boldly embraces new opportunities to create exponential impact and value, Joe then made a quantum leap away from academia and into the world of Oil and Gas where he has again distinguished himself remarkably within the Falcon group.

An astute entrepreneur with over 35 years business experience, Joe is the Managing Director of Falcon Corporation Limited, a company he co-founded with his wife Audrey in 1994 and which they jointly manage to date. Together, Audrey and Joe have built Falcon Corporation Limited into a formidable institution; a leading, wholly indigenous, ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified midstream and downstream Natural Gas distribution, LPG trading and storage company; a strategic partner and player of repute within the gas industry in Nigeria and beyond.

A multiple Award winner, Joe is passionate about building indigenous entrepreneurial capacity across the continent. Joe and his wife Audrey were conferred with the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa Award 2014 and the Lagos Business School Distinguished Alumni Award 2018.

A consummate professional and Gas man to the core, He is the founding Chairman of the Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG), and a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Gas Association, the Institute of Directors, and Nigerian Institute of Management. Joe is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University – CEP 21.

A philanthropist at heart, Joe is committed to touching lives through his businesses and through the several annual scholarships and humanitarian interventions he runs through his foundation – The Joe Ezigbo Foundation.

Joe is very happily married to his wife Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, his business partner, best friend and chief encourager of 31 years and counting. An openly and unapologetically family-centered man, Prof is loving and doting father to his children and grandchildren. He is a treasured brother, uncle, friend, boss, and a mentor to many.

MRS. AUDREY JOE-EZIGBO FEI

CO-FOUNDER AND DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

Audrey is the Deputy Managing Director of Falcon Corporation Limited- a leading wholly indigenous midstream and downstream Energy, Gas Distribution & Trading company which she co-founded in 1994. An accomplished professional, Audrey holds several Masters’ degrees in Finance, Marketing and Business Administration from the Lagos Business School, University of Nigeria, and Nnamdi Azikiwe University. She also holds several executive certifications in Management, Leadership and Governance from Harvard Business School, IE Business School, IESE Business School and the WIMBOARD Institute.

Audrey is the immediate past President (2018-2021) of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) - the umbrella association and voice for businesses and professionals involved in the Nigerian Gas industry. She is the first woman to have occupied the position of NGA President in the Association’s 22-year history. She currently still sits on the NGA council as an ex-Officio member. Prior to her presidency, Audrey was on the NGA council for over thirteen years, serving in various capacities as an ex-Officio member, Second Vice-President, and First Vice President.

A seasoned energy expert, Audrey is a Fellow of the Energy Institute UK (FEI), the global body for energy experts. She is a founding member of Women in Energy Network (WiEN) where she also sits on the WiEN Gas Subcommittee. She is a member and global role model for Women in LPG (WiNLPG) Nigeria chapter; and a member of the Nigeria Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB) NCCF Diversity Sectoral Working Group.

Audrey sits on the Advisory Board of the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Enterprise Development Center (EDC), also of the Pan Atlantic University (PAU). She sits on the Executive Council of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ). She is the immediate past Chairperson, Wimbiz Capital Committee (WIMCAP) and immediate past Chairperson, Wimbiz Programs & Membership Committee. She is a Board Mentor with the WIMBOARD Institute, a WIMBIZ platform which equips women in senior and executive management positions with the skills required to effectively serve on corporate Boards. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Audrey is a Certified Transformative Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (Global and Nigeria chapters). She is the Founder and Promoter of The Barnabas Widows Empowerment Foundation and the Founder & Promoter of The Double Impact Platform, a business training and relationship building foundation for Entrepreneurial Couples in business together.

Audrey is a speaker on various international platforms, including TEDx. A transformational business leader, she has won several awards for her contributions to building entrepreneurial capacity in the industry and Nigeria at large, including the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa 2014 Award and the Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University) Distinguished Alumni Award 2018.

She is a prolific writer, blogger, and author with four published books. She was recognized as one of Leading Ladies Africa 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria 2019 and listed on the 2021 PowerWoman 100 list in the Oil & Gas category.

She is married to her Chief Encouragement Officer Joe and a mother to four amazing young adults.

ENGR. CHIBUEZE EKEOCHA

GENERAL MANAGER, TECHNICAL SERVICES

Chibu holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Agriculture Makurdi, Nigeria, Special Executive Master’s Programme (SEMP) Certificate from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK and a Master Project Manager Certification from the American Academy of Project Management. He is a registered member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and American Academy of Project Management (AAPM).

Egnr. Chibu has over 25 years of wide working experience in different fields and roles in the Oil and Gas Industry; exposed to a various range of roles including Program / Project Management, Interface Management, Project Engineering, Cost Control, Contract Management, Construction Management, Proposals, Technical Sales/BD and Operational safety in reputable organizations as listed.

Egnr. Chibu has over 25 years of wide working experience in different fields and roles in the Oil and Gas Industry; exposed to a various range of roles including Program / Project Management, Interface Management, Project Engineering, Cost Control, Contract Management, Construction Management, Proposals, Technical Sales/BD and Operational safety in reputable organizations as listed.

He has successfully managed various projects on facilities, infrastructure and pipelines. He also served in various leadership roles building teams, structures and values.

MRS. CHIDINMA MADUKA

HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES AND SHARED SERVICES

Chidinma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from University of Lagos Nigeria and graduated with a Merit in her MBA with a focus on Employee relations from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and the Association of MBA’s (AMBA). She was awarded the University of Leicester’s “award for employability”. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from CIPMN.

She has developed core capacity in human resource processes and competency management processes in organizational development as well as creating strategic partnership between HR and management. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Client Relationship in Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Education and Sales. As the first Nigerian Competency manager in the company’s 42year history at IHRDC (International Human Resources Development Corporation) she was responsible for interfacing with the Chevron Nigeria Stakeholders and driving the Competency Management process in the Operations and Maintenance group from inception to completion. She has had training in Change Management, Project Management and Competency management amongst others.

MR. NELSON WALTER FCA

HEAD, FINANCE AND VALUE CREATION

Nelson Walter joined Falcon Corporation Ltd in November 2017. He is responsible for Financial Reporting, Investment Management, Corporate Performance Management, Tax Compliance and overall Financial Management.

Before his engagement with Falcon, Nelson was the pioneer Finance Manager of Arlington Securitas Ltd, an Oil Servicing Company in Port Harcourt. Prior to that he had over 13 years banking experience. He started his career about 2 decades ago with Diamond Bank Plc and later moved to Intercontinental (now Access) Bank Plc where he served in various roles including Head of Operations and Regional Financial Controller.

Nelson was the 1996 second best graduating student from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori where he came out with Distinction in the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy. He also holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Finance and Banking from University of Port Harcourt and Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Economics from Enugu State University of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He also possesses a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFR) ACCA London. He has acquired training in several relevant fields including a programme in CFO Leadership.

MR. OLAWALE OLAOGUN

HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT & CONTROL

Mr. Wale Olaogun has over 17 years’ experience in Accounting, Internal Control , Internal Audit, Banking and Compliance. He started his career in year 2000 after youth service as an Accountant with Global Trust Savings and Loans Limited, a subsidiary of Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited.

He left GTSL in 2002 for First Atlantic Bank (now FCMB) and from there to Intercontinental Bank Plc from and finally to Access Bank Plc as result of Merger between both Banks. While in the Banking Industry , he worked in all the South East and South-South states , FCT and Kogi State both as Team Member and Team Lead.

He resigned from Access Bank Plc as a Deputy Manager to join Falcon Corporation in May 2018 as Manager, Internal Audit and Control. As the pioneer manager, charged with the responsibility of setting up the Internal Audit and Control Department, he is also championing the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management.

Wale Olaogun graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1999 with Second Class upper honours in Management and Accounting (BSC), had his MBA with London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).

He is a Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants . Wale is also a IIA Certified Internal Auditor and a Designate, Compliance Professional of The Compliance Institute of Nigeria

MR. GODWIN OKODUWA

MANAGER, LPG SALES & MARKETING

Godwin has a B.Sc. in Applied Geophysics from Ambrose Alli University and have undergone several training in Oil & Gas Safety, Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital transformation in both local and International institutions.

Godwin started his career at Oando Plc. where he played major role in the re-branding of Oando Petroleum transport trucks in 2002 and managing over 1500 trucks and drivers moving petroleum products across Nigeria.

At his stint in Chimons Gas Limited, he led the Project & Business Development department where he handled Pre-project activities, managing the FEED and DED designs and other activities which ultimately led to the attainment of Authority to Construct (ATC) Licence from the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) of an 8000 Metric tonnes LPG Depot, a feat being presently replicated in Falcon Corporation.

Godwin is presently leading the Marketing and Sales of LPG using his wealth of experience in the LPG value chain to grow the company’s LPG business as well as grow the Nigeria LPG market.

JANE UCHE

MANAGER, ENTERPRISE RISK.

Jane joined Falcon Corporation in 2020 and has over 20 years’ experience in Risk Management and Projects & Controls Assurance. She has provided clients with extensive Risk Management, Project Quality Assurance and Controls Assurance Services at a Big 4 (PricewaterhouseCoopers) with primary focus at a number of Oil and Gas companies.

She is a qualified Systems Auditor (CISA) and holds a number of Project Management certifications including ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum (PSM) and AGILE Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor degree in Computer Science at the University of Benin and holds a Master’s Degree from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University, London (Business and Information Technology).

She also holds a certification in Enterprise Risk Management (CERMP). Jane is responsible for developing / implementing the ERM Framework and driving the Enterprise Risk Program at Falcon. This involves the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring of the company's operational and strategic risk objectives.
