  • Involved in the implementation of established Annual Company-wide Health, Safety and Environment Policies, Procedures, Plans, Goals & Targets
  • Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations and policies including but not limited to: Hazard Communication, Hot Work, Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space Entry, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Emergency Actions Plans etc.
  • Assist to ensure that set compliance objectives are achieved and also assist to provide training in the application of HSE tools and Communications, Job and environmental Safety Analysis and investigation, Auditing, Process Improvement, Exposure Assessment, Environmental Sampling, Management of Change
  • Involved as interface with DPR in all HSE regulatory issues, government Bodies and comfortably matches internal processes against industry and international benchmarks
  • Assist HSEQS to act as primary liaison between company and relevant quality management and standards bodies
  • Enforce cost effectiveness in overall formulation, implementation/execution of HSE and QA activities

Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience
  • BSc-HND in Engineering or Business related field. MBA, Masters in related field
  • Proficient in ISO 9001:2008 documentation, audit and reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and internet
  • Enforce cost effectiveness in overall formulation, implementation/execution of HSE and QA activities

Other certifications

  • Professional qualifications in Engineering or Business are added advantages

Description

Identification and qualification of new potential customers, including development of leads through referral channels, to generate appointments, and establish relationships to contribute to the achievement of the sales revenue target assigned by management.

Key Result Areas

  • Present to Manager, Business Development proposals on Gas-EPC services, analyse Return on Investment (ROI) and persuasively illustrate the benefits of proposed business in order to inform top management decisions
  • Use knowledge of company service offeringsto effectively sell services to clients to achieve the sales revenue target assigned by management
  • Liaise, develop and maintain strategic relationships with IOCs, government or private commercial entities that generate technical procurement opportunities
  • Manage existing customer’s issues, complaints and enquiries and solicit feedback to ensure Company is providing the highest possible service delivery to customers
  • Involved in the investigation and communication of business development activities, market trends and use regular reports to make forecasts to Manager
  • Brand Leadership: establish and continually maintain Falcon as a great brand before clients and the general public

Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum of 4 years post graduate work experience or minimum 3 years oil and gas experience
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, email and internet use
  • Ability to translate customer issues into business opportunities for the company by applying knowledge, experience and business understanding
  • Good communication (both verbal and written), presentation skills and strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain multilevel relationships within prospects and clients
