Joe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from the University Of Nigeria, a DIC and Master of Science (MSc.) degree from the prestigious Imperial College of Science And Technology, London, and a PHD from the University of Salford, Manchester. He was for many years a lecturer with the University of Nigeria, where he rose to the rank of Professor. His diligence saw to his occupying several positions of responsibility within the system.

He was for many years the Coordinator for Environmental Pollution Impact Assessments for the University. In the course of his vast experiences in the field of pollution and environmental impact assessments within particularly, the oil producing regions of Nigeria, he developed an interest in the gas flares which polluted the landscape.

His quest to contribute to the reduction of the environmental degradation occasioned by the flares has since become his major passion. Joe has had over 30 years of cognate business experience, sits on the board of several companies and is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Gas Association, Nigerian Institute Of Management, Nigerian Society for Biotechnology, and the Editorial Board of the Nigeria Energy Digest amongst others.

Prof. Joseph Ezigbo is well deservedly known as a gas-man to the core. In recognition of this, he regularly serves as a speaker/resource at various industry conferences, workshops, and seminars.



Audrey holds several Master’s degrees and certifications in the areas of Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, and Leadership from reputable institutions of learning including the University of Nigeria, and the prestigious Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School.

She has principal accountabilities to the Board in the areas of Strategy, Business Development and Finance. Audrey serves as Chairperson and as Director on the Boards of several corporations where she is able to bring her wealth of experience in business, finance and corporate strategy to the fore. She is a member of the Executive Council of the Nigerian Gas Association which is the umbrella association for professionals and businesses involved in the Nigerian gas industry. She served for several years as a member of the Executive Council of the Nigerian Gas Association, the umbrella association for professionals and businesses involved in the Nigerian gas industry.

Audrey also serves on the Boards of several notable corporations where she is able to bring her wealth of experience in business, finance and corporate strategy to the fore. Audrey is an active member of several professional and volunteer service associations. She is a mentor on the formal Mentoring programs of Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University; Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ); Apostles in the Market Place (AiMP), and the Federal Government of Nigeria YouWin Women mentoring program, amongst others. Audrey is a Speaker and facilitator, readily sharing her experiences on various facets of management and entrepreneurship through various platforms including the Fate Foundation and Lagos Business School. She is a prolific writer, blogger, and published author of two books – ‘Double Impact’ and ’Uniquely Woman’



Chima is the immediate past Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Ltd, a position which he held and discharged diligently from 2008 – 2012. During the same period, Chima was the Executive VP of Bonny Gas Transport Limited.

Chima holds a degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has over 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He spent his first three years with Schlumberger where he started out in 1978. He joined Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) in 1986, Chima was sent overseas on assignment as Senior Petrophysicist, Land Operations, in the Nederlandse Aardolle Maatschaappij, a Shell/ Esso company in Assen, Northern Netherlands. He returned to Nigeria in 1989 to become the Divisional Chief Petrophysicist. He was later appointed Chief Petroleum Engineer in the Western Division of SPDC.

Chima drilled the first horizontal well in Shell’s operations in Nigeria. From 1994 to 1999, he served as the Petroleum Economist for Europe and Africa at Shell International Headquarters in The Hague, Holland; Acting Petroleum Engineering Manager, Western Division; Human Resources Manager; and Deputy Development Director and Corporate Well Engineering Manager and Service Director at SPDC. In 2004, Chima became the Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo), pioneering offshore and deepwater exploration and production operations in Nigeria, and bringing on stream the Bonga field. Chima joined NLNG in 2008 as the first Nigerian Managing Director from SPDC.

He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Institute of Directors and the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. He is also the immediate past president of Nigerian Gas Association and a fellow of Energy Institute of London.



Prince Olumide Obayomi is an Accountant by Profession and has served in various capacities and organizations as a tested chartered accountant. He started his Accounting career from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye in 1986 and rose to become Principal Accountant by 1990.

He became the Head of Budget and Administration Unit of the Bursary Department of the University and was charged with the responsibility of preparing and defending the University’s Budget before supervisory bodies as a direct report to the University Bursar. Between 1990 and 1993, he worked effectively as the Assistant Chief Accountant of Commercial Bank (Credit Lyonnais Nigeria) Limited. He joined Supra Investment Limited, owners of Acclaim Home Savings & Loans Limited and Acclaim Finance Limited between 1993 and 1998 and left as the Chief Executive Officer of the two companies. Prince Obayomi joined Capital Alliance Nigeria Limited from 1998 till 2013. His job initially entailed financial control, reporting and administration, valuation of businesses and investment opportunities, structuring of deals, relationship building and maintenance, investment monitoring, strategy consulting and transaction execution and other related support services. His responsibilities prior to his leaving CAN included representing the Fund on the Board of portfolio companies, reviewing and evaluating investment opportunity among others.

Prince Olumide Obayomi is currently the Managing Director of Royal Funbay Limited, and serves on the Board of a number of companies. He holds a Master of Science (Finance) Degree from the University of Lagos (1989). He has a Diploma in Computer Data Processing from Ogun State University (1988). He was an Examination member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1987) and he holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) Degree from University of Lagos (1984). He is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).



Bennedikter attended University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1976. She holds a Masters Degree and banking and management certificates from Columbia University, New York; Manchester Business School; Citibank, New York; IMD, Lausanne; and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in various capacities with notable organizations, with a wealth of experience spanning law, compliance, risk management, strategic planning, financial services, administration and public affairs.

Ms Molokwu is on the boards of several notable organizations operating across various sectors of the economy, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, International Federal of Women Lawyers (FIDA) and Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria. Bennedikter served meritoriously as President of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD) and actively promotes capacity building, the understanding and implementation of laws relating to directors, companies, good corporate governance and best practices under the aegis of the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance.

She is a much sought after speaker who has written, presented and published several papers on Legal, Boardroom, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, Leadership and Corporate Governance issues. She is a recipient of the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah Leadership Award, Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum’s Distinguished Trail Blazer Award and is listed in the International Who is Who of Professionals.
