CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER
Audrey Joe-Ezigbo is a visionary, strategic, and results-oriented business leader, advisor, and coach with over 31 years of experience. She is Chief Executive Officer, Falcon Corporation (a leading, wholly indigenous midstream and downstream Energy, Gas Distribution & Trading company), which she co-founded in 1994, propelling it into a key player in the gas industry. Audrey is also Managing Director/CEO of Optimera Energy LFZE, an SPV focused on Gas infrastructure build-out, Gas distribution, and Energy optimization within Nigeria.
A dedicated advocate for Nigeria’s energy sector, Audrey has broken numerous barriers in her field. In 2018, she became President of the Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) notably the first woman to have held this position, and highlighting her extensive industry knowledge, leadership qualities, and the respect she commands from her peers as the ‘Leading Lady of Gas’ in Nigeria’s Energy industry. On the global stage, Audrey served as a member of the 2022-2025 EXCO of the International Gas Union, sitting in as Nigeria’s representative on the Exploration & Production Committee, again the first woman in this capacity.
A Fellow (FEI) of the Energy Institute UK, Audrey is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Major Energies Marketers Association of Nigeria (MEMAN). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD) Nigeria where she previously served as Vice Chairman, CIoD Energy & Power Committee. Audrey sits on the Boards of FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc, Lagos Business School (LBS), Enterprise Development Center (EDC), Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG) Nigeria, and on the Investor Advisory Committee of Aruwa Capital Management.
Audrey Joe-Ezigbo has won several awards for her contributions to building entrepreneurial capacity in the Energy industry, and across the African Continent. In 2014, Ernst & Young named her Entrepreneur of the Year, West Africa, honoring her leadership and commitment to building institutional capacity among African entrepreneurs. She has won several awards for her roles in energy sustainability, and entrepreneurial development – including the Lagos Business School Distinguished Alumni Award 2018; 2022 Energy Trailblazer Award; 2023 Nigeria Gas Industry Excellence in Leadership Award; 2024 NGA Gas Industry Leadership Award; the 2024, WomEnergy Africa Excellence in Energy Enterprise Award; the Nigeria Oil and Gas (NOG) Woman in Industry Leadership Award 2025, Gas Investment Forum 2025 Distinguished Woman in Gas Leadership Award, and National Association of Energy Correspondents 2025 Gas Industry Leadership Award. She was recently conferred with a Lifetime Achievement Award in South Africa by African Women in Enterprise and Innovation Forum.
A passionate advocate for women, Audrey is a founding member of Women in Energy Network (WiEN); a member and global role model for Women in LPG (WiNLPG); a life member, Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ); and a Mentor on the WIMBOARD institute.

CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Nelson Walter joined Falcon Corporation Ltd in November 2017. He is responsible for Financial Reporting, Investment Management, Corporate Performance Management, Tax Compliance and overall Financial Management.
Before his engagement with Falcon, Nelson was the pioneer Finance Manager of Arlington Securitas Ltd, an Oil Servicing Company in Port Harcourt. Prior to that he had over 13 years banking experience. He started his career about 2 decades ago with Diamond Bank Plc and later moved to Intercontinental (now Access) Bank Plc where he served in various roles including Head of Operations and Regional Financial Controller.
Nelson was the 1996 second best graduating student from Rivers State Polytechnic, Bori where he came out with Distinction in the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy. He also holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Finance and Banking from University of Port Harcourt and Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Economics from Enugu State University of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He also possesses a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFR) ACCA London. He has acquired training in several relevant fields including a programme in CFO Leadership.
CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
Chibu holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Agriculture Makurdi, Nigeria, Special Executive Master's Programme (SEMP) Certificate from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK and a Master Project Manager Certification from the American Academy of Project Management. He is a registered member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and American Academy of Project Management (AAPM).
Egnr. Chibu has over 25 years of wide working experience in different fields and roles in the Oil and Gas Industry; exposed to a various range of roles including Program / Project Management, Interface Management, Project Engineering, Cost Control, Contract Management, Construction Management, Proposals, Technical Sales/BD and Operational safety in reputable organizations as listed.
Egnr. Chibu has over 25 years of wide working experience in different fields and roles in the Oil and Gas Industry; exposed to a various range of roles including Program / Project Management, Interface Management, Project Engineering, Cost Control, Contract Management, Construction Management, Proposals, Technical Sales/BD and Operational safety in reputable organizations as listed.
He has successfully managed various projects on facilities, infrastructure and pipelines. He also served in various leadership roles building teams, structures and values.
GENERAL MANAGER, RISK & AUDIT
Mr. Wale Olaogun has over 17 years' experience in Accounting, Internal Control , Internal Audit, Banking and Compliance. He started his career in year 2000 after youth service as an Accountant with Global Trust Savings and Loans Limited, a subsidiary of Industrial and General Insurance Company Limited.
He left GTSL in 2002 for First Atlantic Bank (now FCMB) and from there to Intercontinental Bank Plc from and finally to Access Bank Plc as result of Merger between both Banks. While in the Banking Industry , he worked in all the South East and South-South states , FCT and Kogi State both as Team Member and Team Lead.
He resigned from Access Bank Plc as a Deputy Manager to join Falcon Corporation in May 2018 as Manager, Internal Audit and Control. As the pioneer manager, charged with the responsibility of setting up the Internal Audit and Control Department, he is also championing the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management.
Wale Olaogun graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1999 with Second Class upper honours in Management and Accounting (BSC), had his MBA with London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).
He is a Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants . Wale is also a IIA Certified Internal Auditor and a Designate, Compliance Professional of The Compliance Institute of Nigeria
GENERAL MANAGER, COMMERCIAL
Femi joined Falcon Corporation Limited in 2025 as General Manager, Commercial, bringing close to two decades of experience in Nigeria’s energy and gas sector. In this role, he leads the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy, drives revenue growth initiatives, and manages strategic engagements with partners, regulators, and financiers. He is responsible for structuring and negotiating key gas commercialization agreements, advancing market expansion initiatives, and supporting major strategic transactions across the gas value chain.
Prior to joining Falcon, Femi held commercial leadership roles in several upstream energy companies, including Conoil Producing Limited, where he served as Gas Commercial Manager, and ND Western Limited, where he served as Commercial Manager, Gas. In these roles, he developed and implemented gas commercial strategies, coordinated commercial operations and business development activities, and led the negotiation of major gas agreements, including Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements and Gas Transportation Agreements. Much earlier in his career, he had served as Gas Coordinator for a Gas Aggregation Company, where he supported domestic gas market development through major contract negotiations and led the development of the Price Aggregation Rules Management System (PARMS).
He holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium and a B.Sc. in Chemical and Polymer Engineering from Lagos State University. He has also completed several executive training programmes, including strategy development at London Business School.
GENERAL MANAGER, TERMINAL OPERATIONS (GMTO)
Mr. Obioma Ebisike is an accomplished energy and maritime executive with deep expertise in downstream oil and gas operations, LPG terminals, marine logistics, and petroleum infrastructure management. He has led complex, safety-critical operations, providing strategic oversight across asset integrity, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and stakeholder relations. His leadership spans the planning, operation, and optimization of terminal and marine assets, with a consistent focus on operational efficiency, safety, and long-term value creation.
Recognized for his strategic mindset and disciplined execution, Obioma brings a balanced blend of technical authority and executive judgment to leadership roles. He is adept at working with regulators, boards, and senior stakeholders to align operational performance with corporate governance standards and business objectives. With a strong commitment to operational excellence, ethical leadership, and sustainable growth, he has built a reputation for developing resilient teams and delivering results in demanding operating environments.
Mr. Ebisike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is a Member of the Institute of Appraisers & Cost Engineers (IACE) and has completed several professional development programs. His multidisciplinary professional background supports his ability to operate effectively at the intersection of energy operations, community engagement, and strategic leadership.
HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT & ADMIN
Eniye Jane Alile has over twenty years’ experience working in Human Resources and Capacity Development. She has a BSc in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Benin and a MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot Watt University.
She is a Member, WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals, an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. She is also a Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
Eniye is a result driven and highly focused professional with a demonstrated history of working in the consulting, information technology and services industries. Skilled in Coaching, Compensation and Reward, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, Management, Strategic Planning, and Training. She is passionate about optimizing human resources in achieving organizations objectives while ensuring an engaged workforce and has championed several complex projects requiring strong analytical and management skills for a wide range of industries.
HEAD, ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT
Jane joined Falcon Corporation in 2020 and has over 20 years' experience in Risk Management and Projects & Controls Assurance. She has provided clients with extensive Risk Management, Project Quality Assurance and Controls Assurance Services at a Big 4 (PricewaterhouseCoopers) with primary focus at a number of Oil and Gas companies.
She is a qualified Systems Auditor (CISA) and holds a number of Project Management certifications including ITIL, PRINCE2, Scrum (PSM) and AGILE Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor degree in Computer Science at the University of Benin and holds a Master's Degree from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University, London (Business and Information Technology).
She also holds a certification in Enterprise Risk Management (CERMP). Jane is responsible for developing / implementing the ERM Framework and driving the Enterprise Risk Program at Falcon. This involves the identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring of the company's operational and strategic risk objectives.
HEAD, LEGAL REGULATORY & COMPLIANCE.
Ijeoma joined Falcon Corporation Limited in October, 2018 and has over 21+ years' experience in Legal Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, Oil and Gas, Corporate Law, and Commercial Transactions . She has initiated and managed complex project contracting portfolios, negotiated high stakes financing within the oil and gas value chain for both upstream and downstream businesses; pioneered and coordinated trade financing facility arrangements and has extensively supported private sector advocacy towards enhancing gas trading, distribution, utilization, and infrastructure development.
She is a certified Barrister, Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with over 23years post call to bar working experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Abia State University Uturu and holds an LLM degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester England. She is also a certified associate of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a member of the Nigeria Bar Association; Association of Corporate Counsel, World Commerce and Contracting and Association of African Corporate & Government Counsel Community
At Falcon Corporation Limited, she provides strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, oversees the building of a strong governance culture, contract management, advising executive leadership on legal implications of business decisions to enhance sustainable business growth.
Ijeoma is also responsible for Government Affairs and relations, including relevant stakeholder engagements.
HEAD OF COMMERCIAL, NG.
Deji joined Falcon in 2013 and has accumulated over 20 years of progressive experience in developing and executing commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a portfolio of existing and prospective customers who require natural Gas for their operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Madonna University Okija, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, a Master of Science degree in Economics from University of Lagos Akoka, and an Executive MBA degree from the prestigious Lagos Business School. He has undergone several business and professional trainings including Pan African EMBA Module from IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona Spain. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Gas Association (“NGA”) and currently serves on the Council of the NGA as the Deputy Secretary-General.
He is highly skilled in negotiating industry contracts and has a strong track record of identifying and cultivating new market opportunities, as well as closing commercial deals with venture partners. He is widely recognized for his leadership strengths, technical competence, and strong analytical capabilities.
HEAD OF COMMERCIAL, LPG.
Fatai is a process-oriented business strategist with extensive expertise in the downstream Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) sector. He has a proven track record of driving business operations to profitability across start-up, turnaround, and high-growth environments. With over 24 years of professional experience, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and visionary problem-solving abilities across multiple corporate roles, consistently maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and operational safety.
Prior to joining Falcon Corporation in 2025, Fatai held several senior leadership positions within leading LPG marketing and distribution companies where he contributed significantly to business growth and market expansion.
Fatai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lagos State University and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN) and the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (MIPMA). In addition, he holds an Advanced Certificate in Contemporary Issues in Oil, Gas and Energy from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).
At Falcon Corporation Limited, he is responsible for all commercial activities related to LPG, ensuring profitability and achievement of sales targets including business development, contract negotiation for the supply and sales of LPG and related hydrocarbons, and driving strategic commercial initiatives within the organization.
