She subsequently spent over 21 years in the oil and gas industry, managing Treasury, Insurance and Joint Venture Finance, and later served as MD/CEO of Chevron Nigeria (CPFA) Limited, gaining extensive executive and board-level experience in a highly regulated environment.
She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Progress Trust CPFA Limited and Palton Morgan Holdings Limited, and previously held board roles at Union Bank Nigeria Plc. and Linkage Assurance Plc.
Mrs. Alade-Adeyefa holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, is a Fellow of ICAN and CITN, and is a member of Women Corporate Directors and the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria.

DOSU is a seasoned oil and gas trader and business development executive with over 20 years’ experience across Africa and Europe. He began his career with Sahara Group as Head of Business Development for Nigeria and West Africa, and later served as Head of Africa Business Development at Oando Plc.
He has also held senior roles with international trading firms including Glencore and BB Energy. His expertise spans business development, negotiation, crude and products trading, shipping, operations, refining, and strategic infrastructure acquisitions, with a strong focus on the domestic gas sector.
Dosu holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He is a member of NGA, NLPGA, ALDG and ARDA, and speaks English, French and Hausa.
